CUSAT: Application forms for University Exam’s available online
No more long queues in front of Exam Section to collect application forms for University Examinations.
You can take print out of the application forms, pay the chellan, including the amount for forms, and can submit the application.
As the CUSAT website is undergoing some major renovations, some of the old links are broken. Here are the updated links.

It’s a blessing to students as well as the staff at Examination section.
If you are unable to come personally to collect certificates you can authorize another person to handle all these.
